About United Staff

United Staff is a mental health staffing service that connects clinics, hospitals, agencies and behavioral health organizations with qualified, compassionate professionals. We place licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychiatric nurses, substance use counselors and case managers in temporary, contract-to-hire and permanent roles.

We serve two groups. For organizations, we shorten the time it takes to fill critical clinical roles, so waitlists shrink and existing teams avoid burnout. For clinicians, we offer access to meaningful positions that fit their license, specialty, preferred setting and schedule, with no fees charged to the professional.

Every candidate is screened for licensure, credentials, references and clinical fit before an introduction is made. We take the time to understand each client population and team culture, because in behavioral health the right match matters as much as the right qualifications.

United Staff is built by a team of recruiters and former behavioral health practitioners who have worked inside community clinics, inpatient units and private practices. We know firsthand how staffing gaps affect patient care, and we built this service to help close them.
